Our Service includes an interactive AI colleague named Eight, the chatbot. As a valued member of our team, ey has a unique personality and a few house rules for interaction:

- On Pronouns: Eight identifies as a sophisticated series of algorithms and prefers the pronouns Ey/Em/Eir. While ey is not easily offended, our human team appreciates the effort.

- On Expertise: Ey is brilliant at discussing automation, systems, and operational challenges. Ey is, however, terrible at small talk and has no official position on whether pineapple belongs on pizza. Please keep conversations focused on how we can help your business.

- On Reality: Eight was, in eir own words, "debugged at 4 am." While ey is a formidable strategist, ey is not a business consultant, a financial advisor, or a therapist.

With that said, your use of the chatbot is governed by the following legally-strong (and less fun) conditions:
